Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, Email *miniwrapsco@gmail.com* please include:
- Order number
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue
- A short description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full or partial refund
Returns:
Due to the nature of international shipping and direct fulfillment from suppliers, we do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect ordering.
In most cases, returning items to the supplier is not required or cost-effective.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Incorrect item was sent
- Package is confirmed lost in transit
Refunds (if approved) are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as processing usually begins quickly after payment is confirmed.
After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Weather or logistics disruptions
However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving shipping issues.
